Someone who is have excess weight, indeed should be aware of levels of bad cholesterol in the body. But that does not mean the owner of the ideal weight should stay calm, because equally at risk of excess cholesterol.
"Not only the body weight alone, the benchmark for determining a person's cholesterol levels, not 100 percent of people with the ideal body weight and cholesterol free," said Prof. Dr. Tjandra Yoga Adhitama, Director General of Disease Control and Environmental Health Ministry of Health of Indonesia in the Press Conference at Balai Kartini (Wednesday 03.10.2013).
To prevent the onset of diseases of cholesterol, a person must routinely measure cholesterol levels in his blood, not only with measuring the body weight. Despite having an ideal weight, a person remains at risk of experiencing excess cholesterol if eating lots of fatty foods. Consumption of fatty foods will influence the high consumption of cholesterol into the body.

Setting healthy eating patterns with calorie balanced is the pattern of consumption of foods containing the nutrients in the type and amount in accordance with the needs of the body. These settings include choosing foods low in sugar, low salt, low fat, high fiber, and calorie balanced.
Nutrients needed for healthy living among others carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, and calcium. In the body, nutritional substances is functioning as a source of energy, builder substances, and replace the body's cells are damaged.
The nutritional needs of a person required, must be met in order to remain healthy.
Ideal weight can be calculated with the following formula:
Ideal body weight = (height - 100) - 10 Percent
(Height in units of cm and weight in units of kg)
