La la la ... Singing When Pregnant Good for Babies Conceived

There are many ways that people can do to prevent stress and stay relaxed, one with singing. Apparently pregnant women who love to sing can be another benefit, which is good for the baby that she carried.

A new trend in the UK revealed an increase in singing classes to help women prepare for birth. Singing workshop is being conducted at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital.

Experts say helping mothers sang more relaxed because of an increase in endorphins and serotonin, as well as increase the bond with the child conceived as helping to recognize the voice of the mother.

The course is called wombsong also claims breathing techniques learned in class singing can reduce pain during childbirth.

"Singing will help control and slow breathing. By using the technique of breathing deeply and slowly during labor can help soothe your muscles and your body," says Maya Waldman, teachers Wombsong, as quoted by the Daily Mail, Tuesday (20/11/2012).

In this course, the class begins with warm-up exercises before singing voice and the body of another Polynesian, the song was chosen because it is simple and soothing melody, and easy to learn.

"Hearing the developing baby early in pregnancy. So, you can use the same song when the baby is born. If they're angry or anxious can be soothed by the songs that are familiar," said Maya.

In this class mostly composed of women who believe that wombsong is a good way to relax and focus on the baby she carried. Some pregnant women who took the class said wombsong this course can help him enjoy the pregnancy.
