10 Habits That Can Damage the Brain We


The brain is an organ vital life support first in our bodies. even some scientists say our lives lies in the brain. Many virulence that we do in a day that we think is good, but the impact will occur to make our brains are not good it's good we can avoid it as early as possible and even if we know we should not do the following habits below:

10 habits that can damage the brain:


* No Breakfast

Those who do not eat breakfast have lower blood sugar levels, which consequently supply of nutrients to the brain becomes less.

* Eat Too Much
Too much to eat, let alone a high fat content, can result in hardening of the blood vessels of the brain due to accumulation of fat in the blood vessel wall. As a result, the ability of the brain to decrease.

* Smoking

Substances in cigarettes are inhaled will quickly lead to brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer's disease.

* Consuming too much sugar

Consumption of too much sugar will cause disruption of the absorption of proteins and nutrients, causing nutritional imbalances that would interfere with brain development.

* Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in the human body. Inhaling polluted air lowers the supply of oxygen to the brain that can decrease the efficiency of the brain.

* Lack of Sleep

The brain needs sleep as a time to rest and restore capabilities. Lack of sleep for a long time will accelerate the deterioration of brain cells.

* Covering the head during sleep
The habit of sleeping with closed head increases the concentration of carbon dioxide and decrease concentration of oxygen that can cause brain damage effects.

* Using mind when sick

Overworked or forced to use our minds as being sick can cause a reduction in effectiveness of the brain as well as damage the brain.

* Less stimulate thought

Thinking is the best way to train our brain. The lack of stimulation to the brain can cause brain wrinkle.

* Rarely communicate

Communication is needed as a means of spurring ability of the brain. Communicate intellectually can trigger brain efficiency. Rare intellectual ability to communicate will cause the brain to be less trained.
