5 Tricks to Protect Yourself from Germs Naughty

Germs cause disease, either viruses or bacteria can be anywhere. But do not worry, there are 5 tricks that you can do to protect yourself from germs naughty, in order not sick.

Most of the people when sick of the flu, oftentimes doctors giving antibiotics to cure it. In fact, use of antibiotics excessively can cause resistant and make the body more susceptible exposed to germs.

Even so there are still some things you can do to protect yourself from the dangers of germs which cause disease, as quoted from abc.net.au, namely:

1. Wash hands
Washing your hands regularly, especially before and after meals, or after from the bathroom could limit the transmission of the bacteria that cause the disease and also to prevent the spread of infection.

The key is to clean the bacteria from your hands after handling certain items and before interacting with the eyes, nose or mouth. Use soap and running water or hand sanitizer with levels of alcohol certain to limit the spread of disease.

2. Keeping the immune system
The human body has been designed with very good in fighting infection, of course when in healthy condition. But when the immune system is compromised, then someone to be at risk of exposed the disease because the body is not strong enough to combat attacks that came.

The best way to keep your immune system stay well is do vaccinations regularly, give the body nutrients that are good from food, getting sleep that enough, sports and reduce stress.

3. Do not be excessive consumption of antibiotics
Antibiotics in fact just effective fight the bacteria infections, because it was most of the antibiotics given on the wrong conditions, for example: for viral diseases.

When antibiotics are used in people who actual not require, it will increase the resistance and trigger the emergence of superbugs. For that always ask your doctor what the cause of his illness so that can be known or not, and not all illnesses need antibiotics.

4. Be careful when traveling
Someone easier to contact with the superbug while traveling or sightseeing, mainly through food, water and air. For it need be remembered that the food was still hot is always more secure than foods that are not cooked or cold, this is because the heat can kill the bacteria.

5. As much as possible stay away from hospital
If a healthy body condition and does not work in a hospital, better stay away from the hospital. If the conditions are not optimal and can still resolved own, better remain at home, because when the immune system decreases and come to the hospital for things that are not needed, could make it more at risk for infection.

However, if there is no other choice and must to go to the hospital, consider for using hand sanitizer, do not need roving-roving, but enough in certain areas only that are it should be. For the patient, if possible, try to leave the room because fresh air is very important.
