Add Time Playing Outside The Home Children Reduce The Risk Of Eye Minus

It is better to believe in myths that developed in the community that babies who are exposed to the morning sun to grow healthy. Recent research even suggests that it is beneficial to the development of baby's visual sense.

Previous research in 2011 showed that children who spend more time outdoors have a lower risk of the eye minus or farsightedness (Myopi). Nearsightedness is the ability to see objects far distances to see more clearly than near objects.

Researchers from the University of Cambridge to continue the study and found that the risk of nearsightedness can be reduced by 2 percent every additional hour spent on children to play outside every week.

Children who have a myopic on average only have time to play outside for 3.7 hours each week. Therefore, children should have more time to play outdoors and exposed to sunlight.
