The mood is not good, try these foods

The food is not only filling the stomach and satisfy hunger, but also can affect mood. If you are sad, there are some foods that make a positive mood.

Food can affect a person's mood or mood, depending on how you use it. There are certain foods that will add positive thoughts, while others cause the opposite effect.

While we were sad so more people want to eat sweet foods, but these foods can actually make your blood sugar becomes unstable which could spoil the mood.

3. Omega-3 fatty acids
Some studies suggest that omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fats found in fish, flaxseed and walnuts can help in protecting against depression.

4. Eggs
Eggs are a source of zinc that helps you awake and energetic to help regulate metabolism and blood sugar.

5. Yogurt
Yogurt contains a lot of calcium and protein, which is good for reducing mood swings, depression and anxiety.

6. Spinach
Spinach is rich in iron, which can increase energy and concentration, and help reduce fatigue. Spinach is also a source of vitamin B6 and folate, which is essential to support the ability of the brain to produce neurotransmitters that enhance mood.
