"I am disgusted and shocked to read reports of what happened to the patients and their families. I know that most of the staff of the Department of Health, including many at the Alexandra Hospital, will be surprised to hear these stories. I want to support them to make sure this awful incident not repeated, "said Jeremy Hunt, the Secretary of the Department of Health.
