Various studies have shown that too much sitting can lead to many deadly diseases, especially combined with lack of sleep. Unfortunately according to the study, modern man his seat even longer than sleep.

Research conducted by Prof. Craft shows modern humans, especially women who become the object of study to sit for too long so harmful to health. Even women who are not only lazy, the industrious sports seats were still too long.
In other words, exercise does not reduce the habits of modern man to linger. Even sometimes be much longer, because after sports people tend to want to unwind with a disastrous relax sometimes more relaxed than those without exercise.
The study showed participants who were light exercise for 146 minutes / week still spend 63 percent of time to sit subdued. The time used to exercise so there's no nothing, only about 2 percent.
